Most piping problems happen at a handover — between the design office and the shop, or between the shop and the site crew. JOVA removes both.
We are specialists in plate rolling and heavy walled sections, and experts in the use of chrome moly, duplex and SAF, clad plate, stainless steels and exotics.

Spool work happens in screened bays at Permas Jaya, under a 6.3 tonne overhead crane, on the same floor as our plate rolling and CNC plasma cutting.

Piping on a refinery megaproject
RFCC 2 — RAPID P1 Onshore
JOVA Engineering was awarded the piping fabrication and installation works for RFCC 2 on the RAPID P1 onshore development, as piping subcontractor — a scope that ran through to testing and pre-commissioning.
Working inside a licensed refinery complex means permit-controlled access, third-party inspection on the welds, full material traceability and a programme measured against a date that does not move.
