JOVA brings engineering, oil & gas, construction and manpower supply under one company, so a client hands over a scope rather than managing a chain of subcontractors. The work centres on two disciplines — HVAC ductwork and process piping — both fabricated on our own floor and installed by our own crews.

Around them sit structural steel, insulation and refractory, specialist welding, maintenance and shutdown support, asbestos abatement and manpower supply.

Our people weld, fabricate, machine, blast, paint and insulate — in workshops, on client sites, at height, in confined spaces and in extremes of temperature. The aim is to complete each job to the client’s satisfaction and go home safe at the end of every working day.

We continually monitor and audit our systems, methods and employee welfare, and involve personnel at every level so all staff know the health and safety policies.

Training is a standing priority, alongside drug and alcohol testing protocols and strict environmental safety management.
