HVAC

HVAC rectangular & spiral ductwork, process ventilation, rooftops

CAD generated drawings and barcode ticketing, so every component is traceable from the shop floor to its position on site.

Fabrication

An automated line, built for accuracy

Our state of the art Auto Fold & CNC machines fabricate using up to 13-gauge material — and we stock all materials and gauges.

Fittings up to 80″ diameter, gored and welded on purpose built machines. Every piece leaves drawn, numbered and labelled — the crew opens a kit, not a pile.

  • CAD generated fabrication drawings for every system
  • Custom ticketing with barcode labelling — all parts accounted for
  • Auto Fold & CNC forming up to 13-gauge material
  • Fittings up to 80″ diameter, to exacting tolerance
  • Purpose built welding and assembly machines to gore and weld
  • All materials and gauges held in stock

Systems

What we fabricate and install

Fans for heat control, design/build dust collection makeup air, pneumatic conveying — the facility and the manpower to build them when you need them.

Large spiral duct runs supported on a structural steel frame

Spiral & rectangular ductwork

Complete duct systems — mains, branches, transitions, plenums and fittings up to 80″ diameter, formed on the auto fold and CNC line and barcode labelled.

Plant room with air handling equipment and overhead spiral duct

Process ventilation

Dust collection makeup air, pneumatic conveying and industrial extract — built around the process, with fan housings made in the same shop as the duct.

Mechanical plant room with heat exchanger and process pipework

Fans & heat control

Fans for heat control and the ducting, housings and supports that go with them, plus modules and heavy engineering equipment.

Rooftop HVAC

Crane trucks and crews for new units or change-outs — curb adapters, duct modifications, roofing works and start-up.

Rooftop specialists

New units, change-outs and everything the roof needs

Rooftop HVAC is one of our specialities. We have the crane trucks and experience for installing new units or to change out units.

  • New rooftop unit installation
  • Like-for-like and upgrade change-outs
  • Roof curb adapters
  • Duct modifications to suit the new unit
  • Required roofing works
  • Equipment start-up

Duct insulation & acoustics

Thermal and acoustic treatment, by the same crew

JOVA specialises in insulation, jacketing and refractory works, and has undertaken various insulation projects over the years.

Hot and cold insulation, thermal and A60, sound barrier, in-situ polyurethane foaming, and prefabricated mattresses that come off and back on at each shutdown.

  • Mineral wool / rock wool
  • Calcium silicate
  • Wiremesh slabs
  • Isolite Kaowool
  • Armaflex
  • Personnel protection (PP)
  • PU foam

How we work

Drawing to start-up

The same team takes a ducting package from the first CAD drawing to a commissioned, insulated, documented system.

  1. Enquiry & take-off

We review your drawings, materials and programme, and price the fabrication and installation scope.

  2. CAD drawings

Fabrication drawings are generated for every run, fitting and support before a sheet is cut.

  3. Fabrication & ticketing

Auto fold and CNC forming, welding and assembly, with custom ticketing and barcode labelling on every part.

  4. Inspection

QC personnel check against client requirements, international design codes and our bespoke inspection and test plan.

  5. Delivery

To site, Johor Port or Singapore via a heavy haulage route 8.5 km away; barging where needed.

  6. Installation & start-up

Our crews erect, connect, insulate and start up, then hand over a Production Data Record Book.

Overhead pipe run crossing a building alongside ductwork

Also from the same workshop

Piping runs beside the duct — and we build that too

The duct main and the process line usually share the same rack and the same congested ceiling void. We fabricate and install both.

Send the drawings and the programme. If there is piping in the same scope, put it in the same enquiry.
