Our facility
A fully automated, integrated fabrication workshop at Permas Sentral, Johor Bahru — with the plant, the lifting capacity and the logistics route to get finished work to site.
Inside the workshop
Where the ductwork and the pipework are made
Our fully automated, integrated facility provides you with CAD generated drawings and custom ticketing with barcode labelling — we’ll account for all the parts.
Fabrication hall
Clear-span workshop under a 6.3 tonne overhead travelling crane, with room to assemble duct runs, pipe spools, modules and heavy sections.
CNC plasma cutting
Profile cutting for plate, duct blanks, pipe fittings and supports, driven from the same CAD models as the fabrication drawings.
Permas Sentral premises
Workshop and offices at #01-23 Block 2, Permas Sentral, Bandar Baru Permas Jaya — a short distance from Johor Port and the Singapore crossing.
Drawing & project office
CAD, estimating, planning and QC sit alongside the shop floor, so drawing revisions reach the machines the same day.

What the shop can do
- Auto Fold & CNC ductwork line, up to 13-gauge material
- Screened welding bays for pipe spool fabrication and controlled purges
- Fittings up to 80″ diameter, to exacting tolerance
- Purpose built welding and assembly machines to gore and weld
- CNC plasma cutting system
- Plate rolling and fabrication of heavy walled sections

- All materials and gauges held in stock

Shipping & transport
Built here, delivered anywhere in the region
We are a short distance from a modern world-class deep-water port facility, Johor Port and Singapore.
Loads can be transported to the port or to Singapore via a heavy haulage route 8.5 km from our workshop. The heavy haulage route has no vertical obstructions and can take a maximum width of 15 m. We have successfully barged and shipped our work to various locations in South East Asia.

Quality control
QC personnel work with production against a bespoke inspection and test plan, covering client requirements, international design codes and statutory checks.

Production Data Record Books are produced for our projects.
